Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sugar and Stitch! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at ibc.sugarandstitch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
