In no event shall Coco Smile Cups be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.

Coco Smile Cups warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from _________________. This warranty extends only to the original buyer and is not transferable.

Within the warranty period, Coco Smile Cups will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Coco Smile Cups technician or at an authorized Coco Smile Cups service facility.

Coco Smile Cups will assume all expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty, excluding the following:

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

• Service calls to correct the installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
• Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
• Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Coco Smile Cups authorized service technician.

If warranty repairs are to be made at an authorized service center:

• The buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to: Alpine, CA 91901
• If the buyer sends the product by U.S. mail, we recommend insuring it and sending it return receipt requested. Coco Smile Cups accepts no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

We recommend that the buyer fills out and sends in the registration card included in the original package of the Covered Product to facilitate any warranty repairs or service, if needed. This is not required for the warranty to be effective.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.

If the buyer disagrees over performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to Infinity Beyond Crafts, LLC. The buyer shall not be responsible for expenses incurred in submitting a dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph. The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution before pursuing any legal remedies.

CocoSmile Cups Extended Warranty Agreement

This Extended Warranty is available for purchase by any customer who buys a Coco Smile Water Bottle and is in addition to the standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

This Extended Warranty extends the coverage period by an additional 2 years following the expiration of the original 1-year warranty, providing a total of 3 years of coverage from the date of purchase.

• Accidental Damage Protection: This Extended Warranty covers repairs or replacement of the Coco Smile Water Bottle damaged due to accidental drops, spills, or breakage, subject to a limit of one claim per year.
• Expedited Repair Services: Customers will receive priority repair services, with a commitment to begin repairs within 48 hours of receiving the product at our service facility. Expedited shipping to and from the customer is included at no extra cost.
• Transferability: This Extended Warranty may be transferred to a new owner of the Coco Smile Water Bottle, provided the new owner registers the transfer with Coco Smile Cups within 30 days of the ownership transfer.
• Preventative Maintenance: Customers are entitled to one free maintenance check-up per year, which includes inspection and cleaning to ensure optimal performance of the water bottle. Maintenance check-ups must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to availability.
• International Coverage: This Extended Warranty provides coverage for products used internationally, ensuring global peace of mind for our traveling customers.
• Hassle-Free Claims Process: To file a claim under this Extended Warranty, customers may contact us via a dedicated hotline, email, or through our online portal. Proof of purchase and documentation of the issue are required for service.

This Extended Warranty does not cover:

• Loss or theft of the Coco Smile Water Bottle.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
• Damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or use for commercial purposes.

The cost of this Extended Warranty is $7.99, which must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date of the Coco Smile Water Bottle.

This Extended Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
