Standard Limited Warranty
One year of warranty coverage.
Cocosmile Cups warrants the Covered Product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.
Materials & workmanship
Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
Repair or replacement
Within the warranty period, Cocosmile Cups will repair or replace, free of charge, a part proving defective in material or workmanship.

Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Cocosmile Cups be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to costs, repairs or services for the following:
- Service calls to correct installation of the Covered Product or explain product usage to the buyer.
- Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations or improper installation.
- Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Cocosmile Cups authorized service technician.

How to obtain warranty service
If warranty service is required, prepare the product and your proof of purchase before sending it for review.
Service Destination
The buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem.

Additional Information
Registration & buyer rights
Registration Card
We recommend that the buyer complete and return the registration card included in the original package of the Covered Product to help facilitate warranty repairs or service if needed. Registration is not required for the warranty to be effective.
Notice to Buyer
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer disagrees over performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to Infinity Beyond Crafts, LLC. The buyer shall not be responsible for expenses incurred in submitting a dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph. The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution before pursuing any legal remedies.

The Extended Warranty is available for customers who purchase a Cocosmile Water Bottle and provides additional coverage beyond the standard one-year manufacturer's warranty.

The Extended Warranty is available for purchase by any customer who buys a Cocosmile Water Bottle and is in addition to the standard one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Up to three years of total coverage
The Extended Warranty adds two additional years following expiration of the original one-year warranty, providing a total of three years of coverage from the original purchase date.
Extended Warranty Features
Additional protection and service
Accidental Damage Protection
Covers repair or replacement for qualifying accidental drops, spills or breakage, subject to a limit of one claim per year.
Expedited Repair Services
Customers receive priority repair service, with a commitment to begin repairs within 48 hours of receiving the product at the service facility. Expedited shipping to and from the customer is included at no extra cost.
Transferability
The Extended Warranty may be transferred to a new owner if the new owner registers the transfer with Cocosmile Cups within 30 days of the ownership transfer.
Preventative Maintenance
Customers are entitled to one free maintenance check-up per year, including inspection and cleaning. Maintenance must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to availability.
International Coverage
The Extended Warranty provides coverage for products used internationally, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Claims Process
Customers may contact Cocosmile Cups to file a claim. Proof of purchase and documentation of the issue are required for service.

What is not covered
- Loss or theft of the Cocosmile Water Bottle.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications or use for commercial purposes.
